The Guns ‘n Hoses Law Enforcement vs. Firefighters Poker Challenge is a series of poker tournaments pitting law enforcement officers against firefighters for an epic battle on the felt. Proceeds support the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.

Participants include Firefighters and Law Enforcement Officers at the City, County, State and Federal Level along with friends & family as well as supporters of Firefighters and Law Enforcement. The events feature a low buy-in, exciting structure and shot to win your way to Vegas and the $100,000 Guns ‘n Hoses National Championships.

The winner of each local event receives a $5,000 National Finals Package and will travel to Las Vegas and participate in the Guns ‘n Hoses National Championships. The National Championships features three days of exciting poker action where all the participants participate in each event. Points are awarded based on the order of finish and the player with the highest point total wins the National Championships, the Championship Bracelet and a share of the $100,000. Participants receive an airfare voucher, four nights’ deluxe accommodations, a welcome party, entries into all three poker tournaments and a post tournament awards banquet.

Players start with 2000 chips with 100/100 starting blinds and twenty minute levels. Play may include multiple round 1's in a shootout format in the event that demand exceeds seating capacity. Players making the "Championship Round" of a local qualifying event will compete against the other qualifiers to determine the final table and eventual champion.

Proudly supporting those killed or seriously injured in the line of duty through the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund and the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Visit the Guns N’ Hoses web site for more information.
