Cell Phone Use and Texting While Driving Laws by State

cell phone lawsTake a look at this infographic clearly laying out all the different cell phone usage and texting while driving laws throughout the country. We think this is both useful as well as interesting, and we can't believe they are still a couple states with no cell phone usage while driving laws in place.

As you can see the state of Colorado has a ban on all cell phone use (handheld and hands-free) for novice drivers and a ban on texting for all drivers (Both Primary law).

Great post with useful information. Texting while driving is dangerous, your one mistake may be life ending so be careful while driving.

I agree with you. I'm doing a research paper about texting and driving, and I have found out LOTS about it, and it has become more dangerous the more I research about it! DON'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE!
