Take a look at this infographic clearly laying out all the different cell phone usage and texting while driving laws throughout the country. We think this is both useful as well as interesting, and we can't believe they are still a couple states with no cell phone usage while driving laws in place.


As you can see the state of Colorado has a ban on all cell phone use (handheld and hands-free) for novice drivers and a ban on texting for all drivers (Both Primary law).
